The mission of Stormglow Battlegame Ltd. is to provide a safe and inclusive sporting environment and to promote physical, mental and social health among our participants and the community.

Stormglow Battlegame Ltd. is a type of Australian Public Company. It belongs to Limited by Guarantee Class and it's Sub Class is Unlisted Public - Non-Profit Company. It's registered ACN (Australian Company Number) is 636049468 and registered ABN (Australian Business Number) is 83636049468.
Under the company’s non-profit constitution Stormglow Battlegame Ltd. is not permitted to distribute any profits to members, officers or directors and as such uses all funds to support and grow Stormglow and the LARP community.

Weapons Law
LARP weapons made of foam with an inner core of fibreglass are not included in the prohibited weapons list (Schedule 1) of the Weapons Prohibition Act 1988 (NSW) or in the prohibited weapons list (Schedule 2) of the Control of Weapons Regulations 2011 (VIC).
Crossbows are included in the prohibited weapons list (Schedule 1) of the Weapons Prohibition Act 1988 (NSW) or in the prohibited weapons list (Schedule 2) of the Control of Weapons Regulations 2011 (VIC). To use a crossbow in New South Wales or Victoria you are required to have a permit (section 8, Weapons Prohibition Act 1988 (NSW) OR Section 8C, Control of Weapons Act 1990 (VIC)) and it must be low powered to adhere to Stormglow Battle Game weapons rules.
Bandguns are not included in the prohibited weapons list (Schedule 1) of the Weapons Prohibition Act 1988 (NSW) or in the prohibited weapons list (Schedule 2) of the Control of Weapons Regulations 2011 (VIC). However, imitation firearms are included and as such must be constructed in line with exemptions outlined in the acts, specifically Section 6A, Firearms Act 1996 (NSW) OR Section 8B, Control of Weapons Act 1990 (VIC).
Body Armour Law
LARP armour is not included in the prohibited weapons list (Schedule 1) of the Weapons Prohibition Act 1988 (NSW) or in the prohibited weapons list (Schedule 2) of the Control of Weapons Regulations 2011 (VIC). LARP armour does not meet the criteria required to be considered body armour under any of the acts and as such is not a controlled item.
